1. Complex interconnections between the fields of post-colonial theories and South Asian Literature with specific expertise in Gender Studies and Feminist Critique.
2. Conflicts inherent in heritage and hegemony.
3. Power dynamics in the creation of an identity based on gender.
4. The influence of War and Conflict on literary imagination, with particular emphasis on trauma, displacement, Existentialism and modern Philosophies.
5. Analyzing how the intersection of conflict-ridden worldviews, feminist theory and philosophy defines the literary conversation of our times.
